I love a good martini and by good, I mean butterscotch. This Butterscotch Martini is easily the best martini I’ve ever had.
I’m a huge butterscotch fan. Not only does it taste delicious, but it reminds me of my grandpa. Him and my dad were always sneaking us kids butterscotch candies during church. If you were real smart, you’d sit closest to him and instead of passing them down the pew to your siblings you could just hoard the candies all for yourself. I mean, I would NEVER but I’m sure I have a sibling or two who would. 
Although I wouldn’t recommend passing it down the pews at church, butterscotch schnapps is basically the adult version of butterscotch candies and it’s perfect for these butterscotch martinis!
This recipe is so easy! Just mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker along with some ice and pour it in a glass. And since all the ingredients are equal parts, there’s not a whole lot of measuring to do either.
This cocktail is the perfect amount of sweet and not too strong like some martinis.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about the pumpkin spice this time of year but this would be a perfect fall cocktail to serve to your guests!
